Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) is widely used in immunosuppressive regimens after heart, liver and especially after kidney transplantation to prevent organ rejection. It is also used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
The ClinMass Add-On Set für Mycophenolic Acid (order no. MS99100) contains all analyte specific components required for the determination of the immunosuppressive drug. Additionally, RECIPE’s analytical method ensures an adequate chromatographic separation from the glucuronide metabolite MPAG. False positive MPA values caused by in-source fragmentation of MPAG are avoided.
The ClinMass® TDM-Platform (order no. MS9000) contains all necessary components for sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis and can be used with all ClinMass® Add-On sets of the TDM Kit system in combination with the unique analytical column for all TDM panels.
