Gas Emissions

Gases emissions are results of the combustion of fuels such as natural gas, gasoline, biodiesel mixtures, diesel, oil or coal, depending on the motor type. These gases are discharged into the atmosphere and disperse downwind in a pattern called exhaust gases plume. These emissions cause environmental contamination and affect the chemical composition of the atmosphere. Measuring that we call Greenhouse Gases (H2O steam, CO2, CH4, N2O and O3) is one of the most important aspects to control them actually in ambient air in order to influence the emission sources and minimize the effect on the planet temperature and its ecological effects and human health.

Our laboratories provide an analytical solution that allows the determination of the most important greenhouse gases quickly and easily, using the GC-FID/ECD technique. The sampling can be managed by our specialized technicians and be collected in cylinders or bags for its later analysis in our laboratories. Additionally, we provide on-line analysis by analytical instrumentation installed in-situ in the monitoring area and all the analysis can be performed on-line by an unassisted and automatic way and in a short time.
