Antiepileptic drugs (AED) are used for the treatment of epilepsy, a chronic neurological disorder, which is characterised by recurrent epileptic seizures.
Manual Sample Preparation
The ClinMass® Add-on Set for Antiepileptic Drugs (order no. MS9200) contains all analyte specific components required for the quantification of 27 different AEDs and metabolites. The ClinMass® TDM Platform (order no. MS9000) contains the components needed for sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis. It can be used with all ClinMass® Add-on Sets of the TDM Kit System. The analytical column is suitable for the whole analyte panel (156 compounds).
On-line SPE
The ClinMass® Add-on Set for Antiepileptic Drugs (order no. MS9250) contains all analyte specific components required for the quantification of 26 different AEDs and metabolites. The ClinMass® TDM Platform (order no. MS9050) contains the components needed for on-line SPE LCMS/MS analysis. It can be used with all ClinMass® Add-on Sets of the “TDM Kit System, on-line” (BZP, TCA, …). The analytical column is suitable for the whole analyte panel (153 compounds).
