Thermal Cylcler PureAmpG

Due to their high performance, the Nahita-Blue Thermal Cyclers allow for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to be carried out with precise temperature control, plate uniformity, and a high level of automation. They are the equipment of choice for many laboratories and research centers for gene detection, pathogen identification, and genetic analysis.

- High quality and durability of Peltier technology components, extending the equipment's lifespan.

- Gradient function for streamlining the technique setup.

- High-performance universal power supply.

- 5.7" high-definition LCD display.

- Graphical user interface for ease of use.

- Data protection against power supply failures.

- Sturdy and durable metal housing.

- Thermostatable and adjustable-height lid with sealing to ensure experiment stability and precision.

Thermostatable and adjustable lid with sealing:

The lid features of the Nahita-Blue Thermal Cyclers ensure greater precision and reproducibility of the analyses. The lid is thermostatable up to 110°C to prevent water condensation on the reaction tube lids and any modification of reaction conditions.

Different lid heating modes available:

- Off

- Lid heating upon termocycler connection

- Lid heating upon PCR protocol execution

- PCR protocol execution when the lid reaches the defined temperature

The system regulates the height of the heated lid to ensure a perfect fit, ensuring good thermal contact with the reaction tubes. The lid remains static at any opening angle (0º-95º).

Gradient function:

The duration and temperature of different phases, especially the hybridization phase, must be determined for each PCR reaction. The gradient function allows programming temperature gradients, defining a temperature for the central tube column and a lateral range of up to 30°C. Each reaction tube column will have a different temperature within the same experiment according to the defined gradient. This way, a single experiment allows verification of the optimal temperature, streamlining the setup of the technique.

Software and graphical user interface:

Capable of storing up to 200 files with PCR protocols. The interface displays the parameters defined in each protocol graphically on a high-definition LCD screen, including temperature segments, duration, number of cycles, and gradients. The software allows adjustment of various parameters such as heating or cooling rate and temperature control mode. The latter is available in block and tube modes.

Low-temperature maintenance function:

After the PCR, samples are heated to high temperatures. Once the reaction is complete, this function automatically decreases the temperature to the programmed value, between 0 and 40°C, and maintains the samples at low temperature. This way, the samples can remain indefinitely in the thermal cycler after finishing the PCR without the risk of deterioration.
