Of course, we can also guide you on optimizing your current equipment.

Installation and familiarization

The equipment installation is carried out by our well trained technicians, taking care of the correct function of it and training the users how to operate and maintain the hardware and software of the equipment. If you just want to move your instruments to a new laboratory, building or location, we are at your disposal to help.

Phone support and problem solving

In case a problem appears with the analysis system during the measurement process, please contact with our technical department, we will offer you instant telephone support for any questions about the equipment or methods. In order to avoid unnecessary technical service visits.

Repair and maintenance

In case you need technical assistance at your facilities, contact us by phone or email, and we will be in touch as soon as possible. All repairs and “in-site” testings will be documented in a record book of instruments. Our services are not limited to new equipments; we also repair your existing analysis systems or help you with the implementation of an instrument that has been temporarily out of service. Spare parts and materials of our products can be ordered directly from our sales department. Common spare parts are available in stock, allowing us to respond quickly to requests for emergency services.
