1260 Infinity High Performance Degasser
Agilent provide a number of high quality degassing solutions that deliver excellent performance in any application. The Agilent 1260 Infinity Micro Degasser is designed for low-flow and analytical LC up to 5 mL/min. Shipped as standard with the 1260 Infinity Capillary and Nanoflow Pumps, it is recommended for low-flow applications with the 1260 Infinity Binary Pump, for high throughput applications or when using the 1260 Infinity Diode Array Detector. The Agilent 1260 Infinity Standard Degasser is suitable for analytical applications with flow rates up to 10 mL/min. It is recommended for use with the 1260 Infinity Quaternary and Isocratic Pumps, and highly recommended for GPC/SEC applications. Agilent's integrated degassing units are integral parts of Agilent LC modules and systems and are not available individually.

Agilent 1260 Infinity Standard Degasser:

Robust design for high instrument uptime using a degassing principle based on passing solvent through a membrane tube which is permeable to gas but not liquid, and kept at a constant vacuum level.

Reduced baseline noise and quenching effects due to high degassing capacity. In fluorescence detection this results in lower detection limits and long-term baseline stability.

Especially recommended for GPC/SEC applications using refractive index detection.

Integrated degassing units are available in the Agilent 1290 Infinity Binary Pump and the Agilent 1220 Infinity LC system pumping unit.
