1260 Infinity NanoFlow LC System

Nanoflow LC is widely used for high resolution separations and high sensitivity MS detection. The 1260 Infinity Nanoflow LC system incorporates Agilent's unique Electronic Flow Control (EFC) with active feedback and real-time flow adjustment. EFC delivers a constant flow to the column that is independent of back pressure in the system. Combined with Agilent's capillary and nanoflow pumps, EFC is the gold standard for reliable and robust nanoflow performance. The 1260 Infinity Nanoflow LC is extremely easy to use; you simply select your nanoflow rate and the system then works to deliver this precise flow alongside the gradient performance required for reproducible retention times. Precise flow rates support stable ion generation to ensure you obtain high sensitivity nanoflow LC/MS performance.

  • Unsurpassed low-flow performance and stability - the nanoflow pump features proven Electronic Flow Control (EFC) with active feedback for unprecedented stability at flow rates from 100 nl/min to 1 µl/min.

  • Reproducible retention times - EFC with real-time flow control delivers a constant nanoflow that is independent of system back pressure, so retention times are highly reproducible and nanospray operation is extremely stable.

  • Flexibility for non-nano applications - in addition to nanoflow operations, the system offers full gradient capability for up to 2.5 ml/min in 'normal mode' adding to the system's versatility.

  • Maximum separation efficiency - the switching valves, fittings, connectors and PEEK-coated fused silica tubing have all been carefully selected to minimize dead volumes.

  • Automated sample cleanup, enrichment and 2D HPLC with conventional nanocolumns.

  • Conversion to 2D HPLC by adding another column (e.g. ion exchange column).

  • Easy-to-operate nanospray LC/MS with the innovative and fully integrated HPLC-Chip/MS system

  • Key component of the Agilent Nanospray Protein ID solution and the HPLC-Chip/MS Protein ID solution.

  • Fully compatible with all Agilent mass spectrometers and with most third party ESI, nanospray or MALDI MS systems. Versatile software to control several platforms
