Antimycotics in Plasma / Serum
Invasive fungal infections, predominantly aspergillosis and candidiasis, are the most important causes of morbidity and mortality in immuno-compromised patients. Antimycotics are used for the treatment and prophylaxis of fungal infections. Antifungal drugs show large intra- and interindividual variabilities in pharmacokinetics. The accurate measurement of the individual drug concentration in serum/plasma is essential for therapeutic control and successful results.
Manual Sample Preparation.
The Add-on Set for Antimycotics (order no. MS9600) contains all analyte specific components required for the determination of 8 drugs and metabolites.
On-line SPE
The ClinMass Add-On Set for Antimycotics (order no. MS9650) contains all analyte specific components required for the determination of 8 drugs and metabolites. The ClinMass® TDMi-Platform (order no. MS9050) contains all components needed for on-line SPE LC-MS/MS analysis. It can be used with all ClinMass® Add-On sets of the TDMi Kit system. The analytical column is suitable for the whole TDM analyte panel.
