1260 Infinity Bio-inert High-Performance Autosampler

The Agilent 1260 Infinity Bio-inert High-performance Autosampler is ideal for all bio-related applications, such as protein or oligonucleotide analysis. It features injector programming for online dilution and sample pretreatment, for example, for fluorescence labeling. The ceramic needle, PEEK needle seat and wash, and stainless steel- clad PEEK capillaries ensure highest injection accuracy and precision with minimum carryover. Based on the Agilent 1260 Infinity High Performance Autosampler, specifically designed for resolution, speed, sensitivity, and low carryover it offers maximum flexibility and fast injection cycles. To protect labile compounds from degradation during analysis or storage it can be upgraded to a thermostatted version by adding the Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostat.Together with the Agilent Bio-HPLC column portfolio for SEC and IEX, highest resolution per time is achieved for protein and NBE characterization.

.

  • Metal free sample flow path at 600 bar, no precious sample touches metal surfaces

  • Novel capillary and connection design

  • Low carryover of 40 ppm

  • Handles vials and microtiter plates and injects volumes from 0.1 – 100 μL,extendable to 1.5 mL.

  • Injector programming for online dilution and sample pretreatment, eg for fluorescence labeling

  • Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40° C for thermally labile samples (upgrade from non-thermostted to thermostatted version possible).

  • Superior injection precision up to 100 µL, higher injection volumes possible with multi-draw kit

  • Controlled by OpenLab CDS Software
