Lactose Analyzer

Lactose analysis has become increasingly important in recent decades due to the growing population suffering from lactose intolerance. As recommended by the European Food Safety Authority, products labeled as "lactose-free" must now contain less than 0.01% (100 ppm) of lactose.

This limit is expected to become even more stringent in certain countries, making it crucial to achieve detection levels in the low ppm range using current instrumentation.

Ingenieria Analitica presents a new Lactose Analyzer based on the Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC coupled with a Pulsed Amperometric Detector (PAD) from Antec Scientific. This advanced system is fully equipped to meet the upcoming challenges, capable of reaching levels below 1 ppm (LOQ).
